一、分析

在应用文写作中,请假条因篇幅短小,格式、内容较为容易掌握,故相对于推荐信、申请信等篇幅较长的应用文而言,其得分率要高,且该类型的应用文要求文体正式、语言得体,尤其是用礼貌的语言向领导讲述请假的理由

 

二、技巧

1.了解请假条的基本情况(内容)请假条是便条的一种,主要用于因病或因重要事情向领导请示批准某一特定时间的假。根据其请假理由的不同,可把请假条分为病假条和事假条两种。但不管是那一种都应包括以下四部分内容:

(1)日期

日期通常应在正文右上角,因请假条涉及到的是最近时间内的事情,故可直接用几月,几日或星期几来表示,如April10或10April或Thursday.

(2)称呼

称呼常用常规信中的称呼语,如Dear.,Mr.…,Professor.…,Dr.等。

(3)正文

正文是请假条的核心部分,主要涉及到请假原因,请假时间,结尾时需用一些表示感谢或请求批准的话语。切记理由要充分,在必要是应附上相应的证明。

(4)结束语的署名

结束语常用yours faithfully或yours sincerely或yours truly等。

2.常用句型

(1)起首用语

请假条中起首句常用来说明请假原因或请假时间,常用句型如下:

I'd like to apply for three days leave of absence,starting from.…,and finishing on..

I am writing to ask for sick leave of..…days,starting from.……to..…

I'm sorry I can't attend the meeting because/as...

Owing to./As.,I shall be unable to.…

(2)结尾常用语

请假条中结尾用语常用来表示感谢、请予批准等。常用句型如下:

I should be very obliged/grateful if you grant me the leave.

I hope you will grant me the leave.

Hoping you will excuse my non-attendance.

I'll certainly do my best to make up……once/as soon as...

四、英语请假条作文教案

请假条是学生常用的应用文,在教学中,我首先认真钻研教材,制定出教学环节为 :

一、为什么要写请假条?

请假条,是请求领导或老师或其它,准假不参加某项工作、学习、活动的文书。请假条因为请假的原因,分为请病假和请事假两种。

上面是请假条的一般解释,请假条是一种礼貌,请假条也是一个证据。

二、怎么写?(格式)

1.居中写标题“请假条”,这是所有应用文的通用要求,用来表明此文是用来请假的条子!

2.请假对象的称呼,请假是想得到批准,这个地方往往是老师、领导等,这个地方要尊称喔!

3.请假原由,这个地方要实事求是,否则后果自负!

4.请假起止时间,这个非常重要,必须重点提出,明确。

5.请求批准。请求领导、老师等上级批准自己的请假。

6.请假人签名。 你自己的签名,一般不用按手印,只需要签字即可。

7.请假时间。 填写当前你写请假条的时间。

三、实践练写

针对第一环节,我先让学生读练习中的第一、二段话,展开讨论,得出:有病或有事不能来校学习或参加某种活动,写好请假条给家长或同学代给老师。

如何写呢?让学生读书中的例文,得出:居中写“请假条”三个字;下一行顶格写称呼冒号;另起一行空两格写正文(正文写了几句话,每句话交代什么?);下一行空两格写“此致”另起一行写“敬礼!”,(此处可让学生连起来记忆);最后注名自己的身份和姓名、日期。

学生边看例文边总结,然后给学生一定时间消化,将例文完整的看一遍,在脑中留下请假条的正确格式。

第三环节,创设情境:清明节到了,王红要和家人一起去乡下扫墓,星期一一天不能来上课,请你替王红给张老师写一张请假条。学生写时,我注意行间巡视,发现问题及时指正,不能让错误的格式在学生的脑中留下印象。然后,选读部分学生的请假条,看谁正文语言简洁、说得清楚。

四、巩固阶段

在家庭作业或小练笔中在创设情境,提供练习的机会:体育达标运动会要开始了,李明在练掷实心球时不小心将手腕扭伤,医生建议不能做剧烈运动,达标运动会不能参加了,请你替李明写一张请假条给体育王老师。这一练笔,并不用说请假几天,而是说不能参加运动会,跟上次的不一样,提醒学生不可机械记忆,应视具体情况而定正文内容。

五、与其他公文对比

在学生牢固掌握了正确的请假条格式以后,再把他与留言条格式进行比较,这一环节切不可太早,否则会起误导作用,两种格式会混淆。
